Safety Ambassador patrol the 44 block area of Downtown Akron to serve as a deterrent through their visible presence. Ambassadors serving in the cleaning capacity are responsible for removing litter, weeds, and graffiti through manual and mechanical means. Additionally team members will work to deliver a wide variety of special projects to enhance the appearance of Downtown Akron. All Ambassadors regardless of assignment are responsible for going out of their way to provide hospitality and customer service to those they come into contact with.
