Provide Clean Team Ambassadors and Safety Guides to the downtown area, which is a 36 square block area.  Assist the Columbia Police Department by “observing and reporting” criminal activity.  Provide specialized outdoor cleaning, both manual and mechanical.  Provide customer service to all visitors, residents and business workers and owners in specified area.  Ambassadors are also responsible for maintaining the streetscape of hanging baskets and planters throughout downtown.
