Provide a distinct Hospitality Program which is completely separate from the Security Ambassador program to actively engage the public to provide information, directions or just a friendly greeting to share the ‘Aloha’ spirit. Hospitality Guides are responsible for continuous proactive public greeting and engagement. Safety Ambassadors are responsible for dealing with quality of life and reporting issues.
